ESTOY AQUI!!!!!!

Hola familia!!!!!!!!!


I am in Barcelona! And exhausted of course. barcelona is 7 hours ahead of Chicago, so it is 2:45 here and we all missed out on a night of sleep! We hit up the department store and bought some champú y acondiccionar, and then stopped at un café to have un bocadillo y cerveza (sandwich and a beer!) so now we are all resting and showering before dinner at 8:30 and a night out! we have placement exams at 5:00 pm tomorrow and start out intensive language courses on Monday. so soon! the girls and i are going to try to find un bar to watch the spanish and USA basketball olympics tonight.

my internet works beautifully and that won't be a prob, at least for the next few weeks while i am in the dorm. many of the students want to look into apartments instead of families and i am tempted also! we'll see....

other than that....all is normal! flight was long and uncomfortable.... nothing unusual, no big deal.
